Gorgeous job, especially your choice of a ponte knit fabric.

Very interesting choice of fabric. Enjoy the comfort! I had the same issue with the zip - will do differently next time. Also, re top-stitching thread. I have recently been able to get "top-Stitching" needles (bigger eye), and haven't tried it yet, but am wondering whether the Top-Stitching thread will behave better with these.
