Nancy, I am trying to sew this dress and fabric for a friend, can you tell me which side is the right side? The soft side or tweedy side?

ditto what the others say, beautiful dress - what a shame about the distortion from the brown fabric - how annoying.

A very nice dress on you. They should be ashamed of themselves for creating that dreadful brown fabric.

Sorry to hear about your brown fabric. Your dress turned out great and I'm sure you will find something else to go with your new boots.

Nancy, this is a very pretty dress. The simple lines allow your natural elegance to shine. The distortion in the brown fabric is amazing. Too bad it didn't work out. I guess you'll just have to look for more fabric :-)
