I did a double-take when I looked at the image and then read that it's maternity pattern. But I like the style and think it should look very nice on you. I like the idea of using the matte side of the satin. Anxious to see your results!

And it DOES look very nice on you. The contrast really adds to it, and I like those colors.

The 26 1/2 " waist size refers to your pre-pregnancy size.

I'd seen the vintage juniors wedding dress patterns but not maternity! Cute dress! I agree with paloverde, the 26.5" should be the standard non-pregnancy waist measurement for that size... this pattern is hopefully adjustable to get larger than that :O

Thank you all. I also liked the contrast of the pattern and the brighter colors up by the face. ahh Pre-Pregnancy! Or Past Pregnancy pattern yep that's it!
