Thanks for reviewing this top, I'm making it at the moment. My interpretation of Burda's instructions are to do the neck bands in exactly the way you described. I will see if I can make this top my first review for PR, but I am very slow. Love your choice of fabrics.

Really a SHARP looking top. :o) I know what you mean about tunics. They're hard to get used to wearing, BUT I always love them on other people, and that includes you!
