It really does look cute on you. I made this dress and was annoyed by the discovery that the photo on the pattern was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay tweaked to look cute and not out of control tarpulin. Glad you were able to rescue yours from death's grip!

Thank you so much for the kind comments! I think I made it a little too short, that's what I get for asking my husband where to hem it to, maybe I'll add something at the bottom, right now it is strictly back-yard worthy hahaha!

After viewing the pics of me in this, I decided to add a band/ruffle at the bottom, it just looks too short for me, even in the back yard. I think judging the length on this was tricky because it sort of balloons in the back. Anyway, I feel better now. If it doesn't get any wear, I'm going to turn it into a top instead!
