A perfect fit although I agree about the half bow. A flower would be perfect. I love the red color and you did a wonderful job on the pleats! What a lucky daughter to have such a special dress and a lucky mom whose daughter will still let her mom sew her fancy clothes!

What a gorgeous dress! You did a really good job. So funny, the "thing" comment! How about if you gather it in the center to make it look like a full horizontal bow? Even with the "thing" it's still beautiful.
