As a pear I feel your pain! I've avoided making pants but feel that it is something I must do this year. I've been wondering which pattern company to look at so thank you for mentioning which ones work best for your pear shape!

From what I can see in the picture, these look really cute on you. I also like my waistband at "my" waistline(which is close to my armpits :-).

Maybe you can alter the pattern to widen the legs to your liking?? Seems a shame to put so much work into it to have it go to waste! Thanks for the very informative review.
