Great job on the final result! I considered this pattern over the winter but knew it would take so much work I just couldn't deal. You have definitely confirmed my suspicions.

I think your dress is wonderful! But I understand the frustration of having a pattern that doesn't look like the sketch. It's very misleading. On a similar note, I have on occasion noticed on mannequins in stores and store windows that they put binder clips on the back waist to cinch in the garment and make it look more shapely. Very annoying!
