The twist itself doesn't need adjustment at all during wear. What does bother me is the sleeves are still too tight, so I do have to pull the seams around. But if there was some more ease there I don't think it would be a problem.

I really like this but I have a question. Does the twist bother you while you wear this top? I would be afraid that I would be constantly trying to pull the twist back around.
