| From Amy Butler's Style Stitches book, this is the smaller sized Teardrop Bag- I've now made two of them.

This is my second bag, made with a zipper like the Key Keeper coin purse: Frida Kahlo purse zipper close-up another view
Great, quick little project. Really happy with the finished result
The only trouble I had was that I couldn't sew the top seam once everything was finished because of the magnetic snap- the snap got in the way. I also think there could have been more drawings of explanation in the pattern instructions, there were a few times where it took me re-reading the instructions a bunch to understand what I was supposed to do. Once I figured it out it was easy.
The second purse (with the zipper) was actually sewn more like the Key Keeper Coin Purse, and then I hand stitched the finished hip/strap on. Worked great, I wanted to make a zipper version for traveling.
Fabric for the first one is from Jo-Ann- geisha print and coordinating umbrellas with green interior. Love the interior divider.
Fabric from the second is a Friday Kahlo print I got at Fischberger's Variety store in Milwaukee 9they have great fabric!)
