This looks great. You rated yourself as advanced beginner but you worked with fur?? Nice challenge and a job well done.

Fabulous coat, the fur collar is a great feature. Well worth the time you put in to making it.

I will take a pic with the coat on me and will post it soon. I didn't like the fact that the sleeves were semi wool and semi fur so I leghtened the wool sleeve and put the fur on top, searching that out was quite difficult. The seem needs the be sewed by hand so that takes a while (4 meter !). The bottompart (skirt) did'nt have lining so I added it myself so it would look nicer and neater. I also added some buttons instead of the pushbuttons. Because my breastsize is 38 and waist is 34 I added a belt to fit better otherwise it would look pretty straight.

The coat looks wonderful! Wish we could see it on you! What took so long in making the coat? Were there any difficult steps/techniques you could share? How was the fit? Thanks for adding anything that would give us clues in deciding thhat this is a good pattern to make!
