	Jstarr4250 said... Thank you CissieW! Yes, the skirt is self-drafted using some wide smocked elastic that my favorite shop sells in a few different colors. It makes a 20 minute skirt, but the down side is that you are limited to wearing tops that tuck in...it's very thick and textured. 8/23/12 11:15 AM
