Lovely! I'm thinking about adapting this pattern to a steampunk vest by leaving off the sleeves and deeping the armholes. I do have a question for you: It appears that this style is quite short-waisted. Did you shorten it to fit your body or am I going to have a devil of a time lengthening the waist?

This is a beautiful and great fitting jacket - you put a lot of extra work into it and it shows - the kind of tailoring you have done ends up in a jacket like yours. Did I tell you I love it and it's in my fave color too - sigh

It's not easy to find a pattern for "tails". Hang on to that one, and your jacket is fabulous!
