The sizes on this pattern go on weight and height. I estimated her weight to be about 8 kilograms, so she is on the border between a small and a medium. I made a medium. It was a little big but by that much and it still does fit her fine. I'm not sure how big the rompers would have been on her, but I didn't really have an issue with the sizing.

Thanks, I made a very similar dress with the bloomers and am hoping it will fit in 8-10 mos.
