Pattern Description: From the pattern

Nothing says pretty sweet like our very own Marissa Pattern. Once again, we give you a pattern that�s easy to sew, but gives such a glamorous, couture look. We love this beauty and so will the girls in your world!! The pinched strap gives a unique touch and that sweetiepie cummerbund really dresses up the look. Comfort and style� that�s what you get from these patterns. Add a crinoline and bring on your twirls!

Pattern Sizing:6-12 months to 13/14. I made sizes 6 and 9.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes!

Were the instructions easy to follow? Great instructions!

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I loved the short amount of time it took me to sew these two dress! I cut on one day and then sewed the next. Probably 5 hours total max for both dresses with interuptions from 3 kids

Fabric Used: Quilters cotton

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I used an invisible zipper instead of a regular one. I get pretty nervous sewing zippers but these ended up being very simple.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? My girls LOVE these dresses and how big girl style they are. I will sew another one for each in the spring. Yes, I recommend to others. Sisboom patterns are so very well written and always have good fit with them. I bought another one of her patterns last week so can't wait to try a different one.

Conclusion: Great pattern with a HUGE size range. I love that the sizing goes all the way to a 14 because this style is perfect for older girls. The directions are great and even learned a new sewing tip from the pattern

Can mix up fabrics to get a fun look too!
