Conclusion: This is a link to an instructional blog post on how to create the toddler costume pictured. It was created as a companion costume to my Renaissance Queen of Hearts costume. The fabric used is a super heavyweight cotton interfacing with an adhered felt design. It is a quick and easy costume for last-minute Halloween or anything else.
