Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting, pullover, A-line, above mid-knee length dress has yoke, self-fabric braid trim, wrap bodice with narrow shoulders, above wrist length sleeves gathered into partially elasticized band, elasticized waist seam and tie ends.
Pattern Sizing: I cut the 14
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes 
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes pretty easy, even for an 'Easy' Vogue.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I really like the pockets! Absolutely love them, it really makes this dress extra comfy.
What I didn't like (as mentioned by previous reviewers) is the amount I had to spend on the plait. Although I really like it as a detail, having to sew and cut out the continous bias was unbelievably lengthy.
Fabric Used: Cotton Jersey
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I didn't bother with topstitching the elastic in the sleeves. If I was to make this again, I wouldn't bother topstitching the cuff, I would sew on top of the previous seam instead, as I think that it looks messy.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, if you fancy something to spend some time on.
Conclusion: Even though this took a long time, I am really pleased with the result. I was initially worried that the waist gathers might be too bulky, but I like them. I also love that this is smart enough to wear to work and out for a nice evening with some heels!

Beautiful, well fitted and comfy- make more! Just a thought- if you do the braiding again, I'd go for a lustrous fabric with a satin face. Then the 3 dimensions of the weaving will really show off all your hard work. I'd also make it a contrast color, again to make it a gorgeous focal point.
