Pattern Description: Bags

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow?Yes

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?Style and ease

Fabric Used:Cotton Bottomweight

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I wasn't wild about attaching the straps by the buttons so I top stictched all around the strap.... even though my stitching around the curves didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. Practice, practice, practice ! I did not use a zipper for the pocket, seems fine without it.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Yes and yes, but I won't use black for the lining ... it's dark in there !

Conclusion: Next time I will make the straps a tad bit longer so it will be more comfortable as a shoulder bag. I would also consider adding a closure ... maybe a snap. I am considering adding some self stick velcro inside of my bag to help keep it closed.
