Pattern Description: This fun, perky Patchwork Twirl skirt is a boutique classic! As the name suggests, the twirl is designed to achieve “lift off” when spun about. Little girls just love whirling round and round in these full, fluffy skirts! (From description of inspiration skirt - Inspriation pattern

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, as much as it can w/ different fabric.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? All the piecing and ruffling was way more work than I expected. But it turned out cute - and very twirly.

Fabric Used: Fat quarters of quilting cotton (5 differnt prints)

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I started with the picture in the link above, and used a tutorial for an adult peasant/tiered skirt (which I can't find now!), and sort of guessed at the measurement for a girls size 6 skrt waist.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? No, I won't make another. Possibly for quilters wh oare used to doing a lot of piecing (and enjoy it).

Conclusion: My niece loves it, but I'm not sure it was worth the work
