Pattern Description:
This pattern is for a dress/tunic and a pair of pants... this time I have made up the tunic. Pattern Sizing:
According to my size I made up the size 12. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
YES it looks like the option I chose Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions were super easy to follow. I had no problems throughout the entire construction. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the fact that it was simple the directions were easy and the construction was easy.
I do not favor sleeves and ease... but they came out quite nicely so no real complaints, I just don't like fiddling with ease LOL that's why most of my sewing I choose sleeveless ;). Fabric Used:
I chose (with my hubby's input ;) ) grey 100% cotton... looks nice. With black and silver trims... Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I did not make any pattern alterations. My size falls inline with measurements for 12 tops. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
YES. And I already have the fabric picked out. Yes I would recommend it to others. Conclusion:
This is a fairly quick (less than half a day...) pattern to construct. The result is super nice and comfy. Going to press it nice and sharp with a little starch. Next up... the pants ;)
Very nice top and a versatile pattern.
