Pattern Sizing:
2-20
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Straightforward pattern that can be whipped up quickly.
Fabric Used:
Quilting cotton
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I didn't like the look of sewing the neck facing directly onto the front so I finished the seam and topstitched the neck. I didn't make the change but I found the the shoulder seams didn't quite match up with my shoulders or fit well. It wasn't terrible but I should have done some alterations.
I also shouldn't have used quilting cotton. One of my first projects so I didn't quite know what type of fabric to use. I like the design on the fabric I chose though.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes with modifications such that it fits better.
Conclusion:
Easy, cute and versatile pattern that could be altered into a strapless dress or beach coverup (which I have been contemplating)
