A pattern for "designer" dog clothes made of fleece, jersey, or knit.
Small, Medium, and Large. The small was almost perfect for Shaggy the Yorkie, except for the front legs, which I wound up rolling up.
Did it look like the pattern envelope picture?
Kind of. I am satisfied with it since it is more for function than for looks.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, overall they were easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked that the pattern was very few pieces - 4 - for the view I chose and that there were very few steps - only about 7, making this a VERY quick project.
Fabric Used:
Hunter orange fleece and zebra print fleece
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I didn't make alterations this time, but next time I would make some.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will be making this again since it is so easy. It is an immediate gratification project that is functional and fun, despite the "excited" look on Shaggy's face. He is not pleased with wearing clothes, but he will be warmer.
Conclusion:
I didn't make these colors for the looks really. Shaggy blends in with the brown leaves on our place, so my husband wanted him to have hunter orange so that we could see him better. He is strong willed and will try to run off; once he gets in with the leaves, we can't see him. Hopefully, the orange will help us catch him All in all, I had this together in about an hour from cutting to finish. Next time I would construct this is in a slightly different order, and it lends itself to all kinds of design and embellishment changes in its simplicity.

This is beyond precious! I cut this pattern out like *gasp* two years ago and still have not stitched it up. You've inspired me to at least find where I put those pieces, lol :]
