Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?Very easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I love the simplicity of the bag, and the pattern is well designed. There are so many options to personalize this bag.
Fabric Used:I upcycled an old pair of black pinstripe jeans. For lining I used black pinstripe cotton shirting.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:Because I was using a pair of jeans, I didn't have a piece big enough for the front and back, so before cutting I pieced two strips together for each. My bag therefore has center seams on the front and back. I like the look very much.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would sew it again. It's quick to make up and would make an excellent gift.
Conclusion: A great, simple bag to add to your collection!
