Pattern Sizing:
(Xsm to Med) in 1 envelope( Lg to xlg ) next envelope . I have the first size group. I made view C size xsm Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?sort of but I used a differnt type of knit
Were the instructions easy to follow?
yes they were easy to follow but I did not use them as I made these using my serger and changed how I did the top waist What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I needed some new winter woolies ( long johns) and had this pattern in my stash along with the fabric. Also just one pattern piece to work with! Fabric Used:
really ugly fabric that was bought to make mulins from my stash , purchased from fabricland Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I petited the pattern at pattern markings and changed how the waist band was done.
I did not make a elastic caseing , I just put elastic around the top of the pants and sergered the elastic on, like how u would on a pair of panties, these are going to be used as a undergarment so I though this would work better, and it did , less bulk .
I also shortend the lenght by 3 inches , I am really short , so keep that in mind when u make them
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
yes I would recomend them , easy and quilck to make once you get the size right Conclusion: I will be making more of these as they are quick and that is a good thing, just have to find the rest of my thermal knit in my stash , know it is in there somehere ,,...
