Pattern Description: Child's dress or jumper, top, pants and vest. I made the Dress, view B with the sleeve from A

Pattern Sizing: 3-8, I made a size 6 with the length of 7

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? yes, no problems

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I wanted to make a dress for my daughter that didn't have a back zipper, so she wouldn't need help getting dressed. This was perfect. I also like the sleeve detail where there is elastic at the bicep which gathers it in nicely. Sleeve Detail

Fabric Used: Red corduroy

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I didn't use a contrast band, but just lengthened the skirt piece to be the proper length. Once finished, the dress was a little roomy in the waist so I zig-zagged a piece of 1/4" elastic along the waistline seam allowance to pull it in a little bit.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? It is a cute dress and easy to sew. If I were to sew it again, I'd try to draft a peter pan collar or something to jazz up the neckline. How it is now is a little plain in my opinion.

Conclusion: A cute easy dress.
