I added a satin bias to finish the garment in a more elegant way

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, it's a very easy pattern, I would recommend it especially to beginners: they can start with a project like this!

Conclusion:

Very easy to sew and very comfortable top to wear. I recommend it!
EDIT: I also used the alternative pattern for a pajama top - even easier!
