Pattern Description:
Cardigans have cascading shawl collar with shaped front hems and sleeve variations
Pattern Sizing:
X-Small to XX-Large

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? The instructions are very easy to follow.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked the ease of construction. I think that the shawl collar adds too much fullness to the front, and the sizing runs big. I will go down a size if I make this one again.

Fabric Used: Cotton knit.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I shortened the length. This is very long.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I might make this one again, but will definitely use a thinner knit and go down one size.

Conclusion: This is a nice pattern and I probably will try it again with the long-sleeved version. If I do make it again, I will definitely use a much thinner fabric(as suggested by the pattern company) with plenty of drape. A heavier, less drapey knit makes this garment look really dumpy when worn. I am willing to give this another try since the sewing time is relatively minimal. I discuss this more in my blog.
