Pattern Description:
This is a basic wrap shirt with pleats in the side seams. Pattern Sizing:
36-44 Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
yes Were the instructions easy to follow?
yes, they were fine. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the fit of the T-shirt. It has nice shaping and I think its quite a flattering basic. Fabric Used:
Rayon jersey. The first version I made was in a firmer cotton jersey, but the drape of the thinner fabric is actually nicer. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None whatsoever. I sewed a straight 42. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I would recommend, and I will sew another. This is actually the second one already, haven't gotten round to taking a picture of the first. Conclusion:
In the first version I took out a wedge at the neckline thinking that the neckline would be typically Burda plunging. Actually this turned out unnecessary, so in this version I made no changes at all.
