| MaryBeth | 4/28/05 | Your jacket looks comfy. The applique looks like it could be interesting, too. Thanks for reviewing this pattern. |

| Gillian | 4/29/05 | Thanks for the review. I've had my eye on this pattern for a while, but have been thinking about making it with polarfleece instead of a woven. Do you think that would work? |

| esmer | 4/29/05 | I have never sewn a kwik sew pattern can you tell me if you have to add a 5/8 inch seam before you cut the pattern? Thank you. |

| bheath | 4/29/05 | Esmer - Kwik Sew has the 5/8" seam allowance built in so you don't need to worry about it. They are excellent patterns with fabulous instructions! Give it a whirl! : - ) |

| bheath | 4/29/05 | Gillian - the jacket will look fabulous in polarfleece. I believe the pattern would lend itself well to that fabric and drape very well. It's a simple jacket pattern and should work out great. Let me know how you make out with it! Good luck! |

| ryan's mom | 4/30/05 | I love your jacket. Wish I could find this type of material at my local Walmart too. |

| FeyFairie | 10/8/05 | Your description and review are excellent!! I was totally blown away by your project photo - It looks almost exactly like a tweed (even down to the color and weave) jacket featured @ Talbots for around $168!!! I'm very excited to try this pattern after reading your review and seeing your results. Thank you so much! |

| Loiry | 1/23/06 | I've never used a Kwik Sew pattern but like a lot of them and they seem to be very popular patterns. Tell me, please, can they be modified for petite? I wear petite and need to be able to shorten the sleeves, perhaps the body length, and generally the overall length. I am narrow through the shoulders, average bust size, and wider through the hips. I am not experienced at advanced alterations but can do the basics. Would like to buy this pattern but need some answers first. Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me. |
