I made that pattern for Halloween several years ago and also found it absolutely enormous. The excessive ease of the Big Three is so irritating! Your version came out gorgeous.

Thanks you guys! It took a LONG time to hand sew all those pearls. I wish I could get a picture of it when she turns in it, that trim is just gorgeous! She'll also be wearing a crinoline under it to poof it out .

Wonderful--the pearls really really give all the silk, satin, and lace the lush look it needs.
