Great save. Very nice looking skirt. Don't you just love that elastic application? I use it on almost all my elastic waist patterns.

You DO NOT have a wadder! Swinging by the seat is fun, and you've proven you're good at it. Can't see your fitting issue on the side due to the receeding nature of black. All in all a great little skirt that looks good, was challanging, fun, and can will be there in the future to prove you made hay on a rainy day instead of a wadder! Congrats!
