Thank you all for your support on this...Fuzzy, ...I didn't know what it was that bothered me about the darkness of the bias tape with this...but you are right...it is a bit over the top (so to speak)contrast wise....it can only help the drape...staytuned for further pics

Well, you know, it doesn't look that bad :-). Fit issues and all. The only thing I find jarring is the binding at the neck. Could you maybe hack it off and just serge the edge? Or even leave it plain? I think the design suffers from the over-contrast visually, not to mention the drape..
