Pattern Description:
Nightgown, robe, and pajamas. I made the long nightgown for my Mom.
Pattern Sizing:
Misses XS-XL (6-24)
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Basically.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, but I changed them a bit.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Like - the style, and how well it goes together. Dislike - I don't like to make gathers.
Fabric Used:
Cotton flannel on sale somewhere.
Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
I adjusted the length to fit my Mom. I made 3/4 sleeves with no gathers at the lower edges. Instead of gathers, I used lots of pins and folded it into pleats as I sewed the garment onto the yoke.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will sew it again if/when my Mom asks for another one. If asked, I would recommend lots of patience for this project.

Update: After eight years, my Mom asked me to make her another one!
Conclusion
It turned out well and she likes it. All pictures on my blog Click Here.

Wow, you are on a pyjama roll! Great wardrobe makeover in that department.

Rhonda, thanks for the greeting. To answer your question, patience would be needed for either gathers or pleats. Both methods require lots of pinning and can be time consuming.

Hi Mary!! Happy "Featured Member" Day!! You "would recommend lots of patience for this project" BECAUSE of the pleats that you did?
