Love ths single strap and your lining is really funny .

:-). The side is pleated, the bottom gathered - ruching is gathering on 2 sides. I'm sure you'll end up glad that you used such a thick and durable fabric. It's a -great- bag, it'd be a shame to have it fall apart quickly.

Well, you certainly chose a very difficult fabric to manipulate into any pleating, or ruching - but you've done an excellent job and created a lovely bag, both inside and out. I really like it a lot. -Lily
