I see that this became a "wintery hood". It would NOT be wintery in Canada in -25 degree C weather. Good Job. Hope the second one is to your liking.

sewcrazy53 it's warm enough for winters in Sydney Australia. ;-) There's a reason I live here ... warmth & sunshine! Having had 3 London winters when you know if the wind is coming from siberia I appreciate the comparatively balmy winters here. marec, it stays on but it's not comfortable. That could be because the fabric is heavier than the design, but my gut feeling is that I need more height in the hood part.
