Hi arianamaniacs, This is lovely! I need to make a cloud costume and I plan to make a bubble skirt out of white tulle and stuff it with loose fiberfill. I really love your pleats, I can stitch them down a few inches so the skirt doesn't ballon out so much as it would if gathered. Does your lower elastic simply fit snuggly around your hips to keep the bubble shape turned under? Now that you've worn the skirt, do you think fiberfill would stay stuffed inside your design or do you think I should devise some sort of shorter, inner panel?

Gorgeous fabric and skirt! Thanks for the instructions. My daughter has been wanting something like this, so I'll give it a try!

Your skirt is absolutely adorable and is so cleverly (is that a word?) made. This looks quite expensive.
