Mary-it does come in the next sizes up-in the boys version-which could be used/adapted-but it is on a different pattern sheet, with different numbers so I just listed the sizes available for #9

Great looking pants. I made the boy's version and had the same issue with the seams, but I decided I like them that way. I doubled the bottom front sections so the knees will wear better. I thought this design came in preschool sizes too, but maybe only the boy's version?
