Hi Chemmom, I used a fusible knit interfacing, only on the neck facings. This kept them from stretching out of shape when I topstitched it and helps maintain it't shape while wearing. It does not wash out.

How do you interface the facings on a knit? I get why this would help as it won't stretch out the neck line, but most knit tops I have sewn don't have facings? What am I missing? Is this a wash away interfacing like that used for embroidery? Help!
