The fabric is called Volumes (Gold) from the Drawing Room collection by Anna Maria Horner. If you google "Volumes Gold" you'll find several sites where it is for sale.

Thanks for a great review - I'm working on this dress at the moment and had the same trouble as you with the front yoke! It IS counter intuitive and could be clearer - really love your fabric
