No you're right, the length actually looks good. Must've been the angle of the last picture. Looks really good with the belt! :)

Nice choice of fabrics. It's a shame it came out too big (I seem to have the same problem with skirts). I also think this would look nice with the black used for the yoke.

I really like the plaid with the black border! I do agree that it looks a little long, though.
