jlg - I have not made view A (the longer skirt). I thought about it for the black and white fabric but since the fabric is medium weight and rather "denimy" feeling, I felt it would work better in the shorter skirt. I think the long version would do well in a more fluid fabric.

Very cute skirt, LoriB. It looks like a superb fit, and I do love the fabric (I bought some too). When I look closely, I can see the horizontal seam, but I think you're right that it's mostly lost in the print.
