Very helpful review. I am always looking at shirt patterns like this, and never making one. Maybe this is the one. Your collar stand idea was a good one -- that might work for me, too. And your fabric choice makes the blouse, especially with the covered buttons.

OMG. French seams with only 1/4" allowance. You did wonderful and I love your blouse. It is now on my list.
