Tracy - alas, no. There used to be a newsagent on Oxford Street and RD Franks that stocked it, but both have closed. Ebay seller "solovej*nastr" is the best source for single issues now.

Lovely skirt. Your closets must be bursting with all the sewing you do! BTW, be sure to use a pressing cloth when ironing cotton sateen. The ones I've worked with in the past tended to fade rather quickly...
