Consider adding a half-inch to the back crotch curve length or deepening the crotch curve - that looks like the spot with the biggest stress lines leading to it. Having made it in a pinstripe fabric, it's easier to see where your grainlines are, and they look pretty good.
If you feel that there's too much fabric in the front legs, look up the adjustment for "forward thighs". Debbie Cook has a tute for "X Wrinkles" - you might want to look at that. Miss Celie's Pants also deals with thigh and buttock issues, so if you haven't checked out her blog, you might want to do so. She also has reviews here under the username MissCelie.
