The pockets are a nice feature and yours look so nice. It's always difficult to find the right stabilizer for a bag. With your heavier home dec fabric, even fleece might not be enough to make the bag stand up. Peltex works in a tote, if you want a very structured appearance, but I don't always want that. I have used fleece next to the fabric and fused to a midweight backing, giving a softer but structured touch.
