I think the top is a great color and from the front has a good fit on you. From the sides, it's hard to tell what's not working quite right. However, I don't think it's enough to worry about unless it really bothers you. Put some bling at the gathering and all the focus will move to the waist and bustline. No one will notice the sleeves.

Press'n Seal plastic wrap sold for use with food keeps your fabric from stretching as you sew. It's less cumbersome than iron on stabilizer around an armhole hem. Very nice top, good color for you too.

I don't think the sleeves look too big - at least not from the photos you've posted. I think you did a great job on the middle gathering. Cute top!
