Your top really is pretty. It looks so much nicer than the top with the twisty fronts. Perhaps using a binding instead of a facing would work?

That is a really pretty sleeve! I love the lace. Too bad the pattern was such a dud. :(

Thanks everyone :) I wore it today, just to see if I could like it more. It isn't bad, kind of growing on me. If only the neckline wasn't a bit wonky. Eh, I bet other people don't even notice, lol. I want to like it, becuase I saved taht bit of lace special to do this with sleeves,and I love the effect! It's not a wadder, just a slight disappointment.
