Very nice hoodie. I love the fabric and it looks so cozy to wear. In my limited experience, I can say the triple stitch does not work for knits (IMO) because it essentially works against the character of a knit. It's like taking something drapey (knit) and using something stiff and relatively inflexible (like wire) to hold it together. That's just my very humble opinion. Nonetheless, this is a great looking project and I would consider taking the class baed on your experience.
