Pattern Description:
From the pattern envelope: "shirt with buttoned front has back pleated to yoke forming forward shoulder seams and cuff variations"
Pattern Sizing:
Multisized pattern, I made the shirt in a XL.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, the instructions were easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
This is a well drafted pattern and the instructions were great. I was a wee bit hesitant Click Here when it came to the collar and neckband because of the 5/8" seam allowance but everything worked out great if you take the time to grade the seamsClick Here. I would forget using the serger with this pattern, it will work nicely if you want to adopt flat-felled or french seams instead.
Fabric Used:
I used a 100% cotton shirting fabric.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None, and the fit was perfect. Click Here
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I would make it again. And I would absolutely recommend this pattern to others.
