| This was one of my first sewing projects that I've taken on. I've only been sewing for 9 months so this was a lil' difficult, concerning the jacket. I had someone help me with the waistband for the skirt because I didn't understand the instructions clearly. I still had a lil trouble with the way it was supposed to be hemmed but I did my own thing with that. The jacket was a doosey. I had to take it apart a couple of times thinking I was wrong, but in the end, I realized it was sewn the correct way. I just couldn't see past the material I cut and see the end product. It turned out to be very elegant and classy, as my teens in church would say, "it looks like money". |
